Education and certifications
If you are not a yoga teacher, this list might seem like a foreign language. I have dedicated last 3 years to studying yoga with various schools and teachers from both the Eastern and Western yoga traditions.
Driven by a desire for perfectionism, I aimed to equip myself with comprehensive knowledge to teach effectively, especially to beginners. Although I quickly realized the flip side of this perfectionism, I can confidently say that I am a skilled teacher who continuously invests time in learning.
Yoga is a lifelong journey for me, and I take my role as a teacher very seriously. First and foremost, I am a student of yoga.

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
There are a lot of styles in yoga teaching. My teaching philosophy is to make asana accessible to everyone. My sequences/flows are tailored to provide an effective practice and to be enjoyable as you move your body.
Philosophy-infused flows are designed to inspire you to take the practice off the mat. We will work with the body, explore different variations, and powerful poses to keep advancing in the practice and lear basic foundation skills to move and be with ease.
In my classes, you will also find an emphasis on breath work and meditation, which are integral components of a holistic yoga practice. By integrating pranayama and mindfulness techniques, I aim to help you develop a deeper connection with your inner self, promoting overall well-being and inner peace.
