Also, at the end of each session, there is a lovely cooldown known as yoga nidra, as well as breath work, which is restorative and relaxing. 50 minutes of stillness, relaxation, and shifting positions helps your body relax and allows your mind to completely shut down.   • You can access the course for 5 weeks from the time you sign up. One week as a buffer to catch up.

  • Yes, this course is designed to make you more flexible, build strength and make you more comfortable to move on the mat and even develop your own practice.

  • Pre recoded session

  • All poses can be modified and variations are offered during the class.

  • Recommended time is to finish the practice in the morning.

  • Each practice has warm up sequence at the beginning of the practice and cool down at the end of practice.

  • This program is non refundable.

  • Yoga works miraculously on the mind, body and spirit. But it yoga can't correct any disorder in the body without looking into other aspect of the lifestyle.
